If you juggle more than one email address, Libero Mail's unified inbox can bring them all into one place. Here's how the feature works.

What the unified inbox does

Libero Mail lets you connect external accounts — including Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook — so their messages appear alongside your Libero Mail inbox. Instead of switching browser tabs or apps to check each address separately, everything shows up in one unified view.

Adding another account

You’ll typically add an external account from the account or settings menu, entering the email address and password (or using the provider’s sign-in flow) for the account you want to connect. Libero Mail then periodically checks that account for new messages.

Sending from different addresses

Once an account is connected, you can usually choose which address a new message appears to come from when composing mail, so replies from a connected Gmail account can still look like they came from Gmail rather than your Libero address.

A few things to consider

Connecting a third-party account means giving Libero Mail permission to access it, so only connect accounts you’re comfortable sharing that way, and use accounts with strong, unique passwords. If a connected account uses two-factor authentication, you may need to generate an app-specific password rather than using your normal login.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to connect my Gmail account to Libero Mail?

Connecting accounts means granting Libero Mail permission to check that mailbox, so only do it for accounts you’re comfortable sharing and make sure each account uses a strong password.

Can I remove a connected account later?

Yes, connected accounts can typically be removed from the same settings area where you added them.

Will emails I send look like they’re from my other address?

Usually yes — most unified inbox setups let you choose the sending address per message, but check your settings to confirm.
